What if PassTime tells me that the device may be faulty after they troubleshoot?
Contact your Service Contract provider (DOWC) to open a claim. Their team will assist with scheduling a diagnostic to determine of the PassTime device needs to be repaired/replaced.

I want to cancel my vehicle service contract; how do I do that?
All cancellations of ancillary products are completed by the provider (DOWC)
