U.S. Auto Sales is taking extra measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and our employees.


U.S. Auto Sales' COVID-19 response

For most U.S. Auto Sales locations, we are considered an essential business and fortunately able to help you with the purchase of your next used vehicle. Our sister company, U.S. Auto Servicing is also considered an essential business and is also available to assist with payment related questions and concerns.


Please note that while most locations are fully open, depending on state and local ordinances, a few locations are open by appointment only. Each location page on this website is updated to reflect the hours of operation or special circumstances affected that location.

Your health and safety, as well as the well-being of our dedicated employees, is U.S. Auto Sales' top priority. We are taking extra measures to ensure that each of our 31 locations and our corporate offices. We respect social distancing guidelines and are diligent with our cleaning and sanitation efforts.


U.S. Auto Sales offers our guests options regarding our purchase process. You can complete the process entirely from the comfort of your home!  Learn more about this option on the Stay at Home and Buy a Car page. You can complete all or a portion of the process from home.  If you prefer to visit a store location - rest assured that we are going the extra mile to ensure your safety.


As mentioned above, we respect social distancing and are adhering to separation guidelines to keep you safe. Physical contact such as hand shaking has been discontinued. Every employee participates in a health assessment at the beginning of their shift. Anyone who displays symptoms of illness is immediately sent home.


We've increased our cleaning and sanitation measures both inside the stores and for our vehicles. Our stores are disinfected hourly, focusing on high touch points such as hard surfaces including desks, door handles and counters.  Vehicles are sanitized after every test drive, with a particular focus on disinfecting areas like the steering wheel and gear shift.




  • Stores are ventilated (when possible), cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. Hard surfaces and high traffic areas are sanitized hourly.
  • After each test drive, interior/dash/steering wheel area of vehicle should be cleaned and sanitized.
  • All magazines and toys in the kids’ play area have been removed for your safety.
  • We will pick you up within a 30-mile radius if you need to reach one of our dealerships. Simply call 844-479-1508.
  • Complete pre-qualification online to minimize your time in the store. Our 90 minutes or less guarantee also ensures that you’ll be in and out of the  store as quickly as possible.
  • As mentioned above, you may choose to purchase your vehicle from home without physically visiting one of our retail locations. We've added technology and processes to accommodate your personal preference.
