The important thing is that your name and address are included, which is the case with these types of bills.

Who can I use as my three references for buying a vehicle?

For your three references, you can use household members for two of the three references. The third reference should not be a household member. For the third reference, one option is a coworker. To gather your references, list the names and phone numbers of the three people you’ve asked to be your reference.
