Here’s a quick look at the step-by-step process to purchase a vehicle from U.S. Auto Sales with our online buying experience:
✔️ Step 1 – Complete Online Pre-Qualification
✔️ Step 2 – Speak with a U.S. Auto representative to schedule your appointment with your virtual co-pilot. Once we receive your online pre-qualification, we will give you a call in the order the pre-qualifications are received. If you’re ready now, you are welcome to call us at 844-479-1508. Our representatives are available Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
✔️ Step 3 – Complete your virtual appointment with your virtual co-pilot and upload documents. You will complete your application via a Zoom meeting and be asked to upload your supporting documentation using a secure link. Documents will include your two most recent pay stubs, driver’s license and proof of residency.
✔️ Step 4 – Select a date and time to pick up your vehicle at the closest dealership, or have your car delivered and sign the paperwork.
✔️ Step 5 – Enjoy your vehicle having purchased it YOUR way!
Many customers prefer to simply start the process online, and finish up in the store. This hybrid method offers time saving and added convenience, while still allowing you to walk the lot as you make your final vehicle selection. Whatever works for you, work for us!
