2021 CHATTANOOGA TURKEY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void outside the 50 United States and where prohibited. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina or Tennessee at the time of entry. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY DATES: 2021 Chattanooga Turkey Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins at 00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 16, 2021 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST on November 20, 2021 ("Giveaway Period").

SPONSOR AND PROMOTER: U.S. Auto Sales, Inc., P.O. Box 1433, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 ("Sponsor" and "Promoter").

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to individuals that are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Tennessee at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and any other organization affiliated with the Sponsor (e.g., USASF Servicing LLC), and each of their respective parents, agents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (regardless of where they reside) or Household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

WINNER SELECTION, ODDS & GRAND PRIZE: On or about November 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize will consist of Sponsor providing one gift certificate for a frozen turkey to the winner – valued at approximately $25.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prizes may not be exchanged or transferred. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel the Giveaway or award a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway like the 2021 Chattanooga Turkey Giveaway Post shared by Sponsor on Facebook and send a direct message to Sponsor via Facebook with the comment “DONE” when finished. A maximum of one (1) entry per person. All entries must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. EST on November 20, 2021 to be eligible.  By entering this Giveaway, you consent to being contacted at the phone, email, physical address or social media account you provided.

GOVERNMENT FEES: Winner is responsible for all government imposed costs, fees and taxes including but not limited to income taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a W-9, if necessary, and will receive a 1099 tax form if the fair market value of the prize is greater than $600.

GENERAL RULES: All federal, state and local laws apply. Unless prohibited by law, potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility; Release of Liability; and a Publicity Release. Failure to return these items within ten (10) days of winning may result in forfeiting the prize. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to return any documents in a timely manner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions are permitted except at the discretion of the Sponsor. NO CASH PAYOUT. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Giveaway or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this Giveaway. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR YOUR ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for printing, distribution or production errors or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Giveaway. If, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or modify and/or terminate the Giveaway and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person completing an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the person's name submitted at time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Giveaway or acts in a disruptive manner. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release Facebook from any and all claims. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia located in the county of Gwinnett for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway.

WINNER'S LIST: To receive a copy of the Giveaway winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: U.S. Auto, Attn: 2021 Chattanooga Holiday Giveaway Winners, P.O. Box 1433, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. All requests must be received within one (1) month of the end of the Giveaway Period.
